Absolutely amazing private room with Jaw-dropping views, even laying on bed!!!
Available for Monthly Stays until December 2020!!! Utilities not included for monthy rentals.
Absolutely amazing private room that takes the top floor of the house, with jaw-dropping views on the rooftop floor of a family's modern home. Located in an exclusive part of Barcelona, right next to Park Güell.
You'll love the space's location, nature, views .... The accommodation is perfect for adventurous travelers and even for business trips.
Do you imagine going for a morning walk everyday to Parc Güell? Well, this can be easily done if you stay here!
This private ensuite room is in a house where a local family lives. It takes the top floor of the house (a three storage home). Once you walk in the home, take the stairs up to get to your room.
The rest of the house is of private use for the family.
If you wish to use the parking, you will have to request it before hand. It has an extra cost.
The bed is placed in a position that allows you to see the sea while in bed. It has this flow that calls for inspiration. With a private small terrace that gives you the feel of being in a bird house, presenting Barcelona ahead of you, and by the end of the picture, the Mediterranean.
It also has a large closet, with a very handy distribution.
The bathroom, with a microcement bathtub, and a long and narrow window that allows you to see the greeery outside, also allowing natural sunlight in.
The details can be seen throughout the room and the entire house.
The neighborhood is a very local area. The house is surrounded by other family homes, very rare in a city like Barcelona, where everyone gathers in apartment buildings with no yards and little privacy.
This house, settled right under Parc Güell (2 minutes walking), has Lesseps Metro stop 7 minutes away walking from the house. There is also bus number 116 that, if you don't feel like walking, will take you from Lesseps metro stop to the house's door (there is a frequency of busses every 8-9 minutes on working days and, during weekends, one every 20 minutes).
If you wish to sign up at the gym or go swimming, you have two of the best eqquiped gyms (Club Natació Catalunya, Centre Esportiu Can Toda) and you will even find a Tennis Club.
There is a Hospital 5 minutes away, Hospital de l'Esperança, the public Library Jaume Fusté, on Lesseps Square, among many other services that the owner will tell you about upon arrival!
Catalonia Swimming Club
Verdi Multicines V.O
Tres Delicias Restaurant
Restaurant La Venta - Tibidabo
Mercat de Lesseps.
I highly recommend using public transportation, as the Green Line (L3) stops really close by the house, and this same green line, takes you right downtown, to Plaça Catalunya.
However, if you need to have a car or a motorcycle, you will be able to park it inside the property, at the front of the house. This has an extra cost
If you wish to go to Sants Neighborhood, you can use bus number 32.
If you rather go to Plaça Catalunya by bus, you can also take bus 24, and even the H6 bus will take you to Zona Universitaria, where most faculties of Barcelona's University are located.
Also, you can use the green metro line (L3) to reach the airport, transfering once to take Pink Line (L9) to get to El Prat Airport.
