Rambla I- Quiet and peaceful apartment. One double room. 3rd floor of a building from the 19th century with elevator and wifi on Upper Rambla
Are you moving to Barcelona? Are you in need of a Monthly Rental to stay while you find your permanent home to settle in? This homey apartment will be perfect for you! Ideally located and close to all public transportation. It is managed by an agency that may just be able to help you find this permanent home you will be hunting for :)
Quiet and peaceful interior apartment on the third floor of a noble building on La Rambla, very bright (pics taken almost when dark out) and cozy, totally silent. It has capacity for two people, with a queen sized bedroom.
This apartment is bright and welcoming, with a balcony facing the inside of the courtyard, facing south. It has a living room with kitchenette, equipped for an enjoyable stay. The apartment has an inverter air split, electric radiators for heating, a bathroom with shower plate and washing machine.
Building with elevator and free wifi.
For your information, you will be provided with a set of towels per person and bed linen to cover the number of guests stated in the reservation.
Utilities are not included in the rental price, they have a cost of 4€/day for 1 and 2 people, to add 2€ for every extra guest. These fees will be paid upon arrival.
This apartment is located in the best area of "La Rambla", the most known and cosmopolitan boulevard of Barcelona, just a few meters from Plaça Catalunya and most of the emblematic places and buildings of the city. Walking down La Rambla we will pass by the Boqueria Marquet or the Grand Theater of Liceu, and we arrive, after a few minutes of walking, to the Gothic Quarter (Barri Gòtic), leading you to the medieval past steeped in centuries of Barcelona's history. If you carry on down the Rambla, you pass by the Güell Palace nd other well-known buildings and museums. La Rambla ends at the harbour.
If you turn left, you will come across the Barceloneta Quarter, with numerous restaurants and tapas bars. If you keep on walking a little further on, you will come upon the Born Quarter, where Picasso museum and Santa Maria del Mar Cathedral are located, along with many other interesting places.Alternatively, if you walk up La Rambla, on the upper side, you can find Passeig de Gràcia, la Rambla de Catalunya and the Eixample Quarter with a huge range of exclusive shops , and two of the most well-known buildings in the world by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí: the Batlló House and Milà House, also known as La Pedrera.
District: Ciutat Vella.
Nearest Metro station: Plaça Catalunya, 40 meters away.
Nearest grocery store: 40 meters away.
Nearest pharmacy: 10 meters away.
Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 14.8 kilometers away, about 20 minutes from the flat. Use the AeroBus for best convenience
Nearest Beach: Barcelona's Beach is located at 2,5 kilometers from the building.
Nearest Ferry: Barcelona's Port at 1,5 Kilometers.
We highly recommend to use public transportation as the main metro station of the city is only 50 meters from the apartment.
On the date of departure, it is important for you to wash your dishes, take the garbage away (there are public containers on the square behind the building), turn off all lights and electric devices, leave the keys on the dining table and close the door behind you when you walk out.
