Cancelation policy for Bookings with a stay of 31 nights or longer:
1. For booking cancellations made before 31 days prior to the check-in date, the booking reservation will be returned except 30€ for management fees.
2. Cancellations made within the 15 and 30 days before the check-in date, 30% of the total amount of the first month will be charged as cancellation fees.
3. Cancellations made within 14 days before the check-in date, or in case of clients not showing up, the client has the duty of paying for the full stay (excluding utility fees, detracting the cleaning fee and monthly utilities. In the case that the booking is longer than 32 nights, only the first 32 nights need to be paid.
