Cancellations policy

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are applying a flexible cancellation policy, despite the general cancellation policy that is of normal application. 

You'll be able to cancel for free until 14 days before your arrival. From that day, if for any reason, you are not able to come, we'll give the alternative to reschedule the dates of your stay without loosing the money to confirm the original reservation. In case of having to reschedule within 14 days prior to your arrival, you'll be able to choose any dates within one natural year from the date of the original arrival day. 

This special cancellation policy applies for any reservation confirmed from 25th of May until the 30th of September 2020 that may be affected for any mandatory regulations implemented by the legal and political authorities due to the Pandemic caused by the Coronavirus, under the requirement of presenting reliable evidence of impossibility to travel).

1. For booking cancellations made 90 days before the check-in date, the booking reservation will be returned except 30% for management and agency expenses.

2. Cancellations made within the 30 days before the check-in date, the booking reservation fee will not be refunded.

3. Cancellations made within 10 days before the check-in date, or in case of clients not showing up, the client has the duty of paying for the full stay, detracting the cleaning fee.

Once the guest has checked in, the balance paid cannot be refunded.
