Cancelation policy for Bookings that have a stay shorter than 31 nights: (Barcelona apartments only, for the policy on Costa brava properties, please visit: www.tamariu.info)
1. For any reservation canceled 7 days (or more) before arrival the amount that has already been paid will be refunded after deducting 10% of the rental price only. The minimum cancellation fee is 20€.
2. For cancellations made within 3 to 7 days before the check-in date, there is a cancelation fee of 50% of the Total price (all fees included)
3. For cancellations made within 2 days before the check-in date, or in case of no-show, the client will have to pay the full stay, excluding the cleaning fee/tourism tax. In case of no-show, the invoice of the check-in service will need to be covered by the Guest (20€).
4. If there are complaints from neighbors or police involved, the reservation will be terminated with no refund, having to abandon the property immediately.
*In case of the impossibility to travel under justified, irremediable and proven circumstances, the down payment already paid can be used for a new future reservation within the same calendar year.
